By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information only. Minor variations may occur.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. An order is accepted once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by freight carriers are estimates only.
Once an order has been dispatched, transit times are outside of our control. Delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. Fenix does not collect or control these fees.
If duties, taxes, or customs charges are refused and the shipment is returned, any return freight charges or associated fees may be deducted from any refund issued.
