Lunch On Us - Terms & Conditions
Competition period:
The Competition open date is 1st September 2021 and the Competition closing date is 30th September 2021.
Prize Details:
Two winners will be drawn. x1 from the North Island and x1 from the South Island.
Paid lunch / meal of the winners choice, up to the specified values below:
• $250 (Team of up to 10).
• $500 (Team of up to 20).
The prize winner(s) will be remunerated by the promotor with proof of purchase and GST receipt.
The winner(s) will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize (travel etc).
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Draw Date and Time:
The winner(s) will be drawn at random following the closing of the competition on Monday 4th October at 12pm. The promotor will make every attempt to contact the winner(s) by 08/10/2021. If the winner(s) is uncontactable, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize and the promotor will choose another winner.
Entry Restrictions:
• The entrant(s) acknowledges that by entering this competition, they are bound by these terms and conditions.
• Entrant(s) must purchase either a Fenix radiator or intercooler during the competition dates to enter the competition. Credited orders will be excluded.
• The Winner(s) must hold a Fenix trade account and reside in New Zealand.
• Prize is only eligible for competition winner(s) and team numbers will be confirmed. You cannot claim the maximum prize for people who do not work with / for you.
• Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in forfeiture of the prize payment. If the entrant wishes to have the prize pre ordered for them, this can be arranged by the promotor.
