Jimmy Oakes is an American drift driver, automotive content creator and the driving force behind Oakes Garage, known for his Japanese-inspired builds and involvement in the grassroots drifting community.

A member of Front Street Drift Club, Jimmy has built a strong following through his YouTube channel, documenting everything from Nissan S-chassis drift builds to ambitious engine conversions and custom projects.

In 2025, Jimmy claimed the Lock City Drift Street Series Championship, before helping Front Street Drift Club secure the 2026 Final Bout 9 Team Championship behind the wheel of his purple Nissan S13.

With Fenix Radiators supporting the cooling requirements of many of his builds, Jimmy continues to combine competitive drifting, automotive engineering and a genuine passion for Japanese car culture.
